About Us

The 2337 Building is located in Chicago’s historic “Motor Row” District. The area was one of the United States’ first neighborhoods solely dedicated to all things automotive. At the turn of the last century there were more than 116 businesses devoted to the trade.

History in the Making

In 2000, “Motor Row” was named a landmark district in Chicago.

The 2337 building was rescued and rehabbed beginning in 2013, as a brewery, taproom and event space. The developers won a 2015 award for historic development from the city of Chicago. Venue OverDrive was founded in 2020. Our event spaces are located on the 2nd and 3rd Floors of 2337.

Fun Fact
